Waverley Distillery produce the highest quality handcrafted gin from the cleanest Tasmanian products. This Rhubarb driven gin "The Assyrian" contains only natural sugars from the rhubarb and has a gorgeous pink hue. The rhubarb is grown on Waverley property in Tasmania's Midlands. Its named "Assyrian" after a horse that lived on the property kept that was a Melbourne Cup Horserace winner. This one is making a big name for itself in our local Gin scene. A big family connection with this Gin as it is created by my Brother Michael Agnew.
