750ml. This sparkling is made entirely from Pinot Noir in the traditional method. With a pretty copper and light salmon hue, the aromas are alluring and deliver a rich palate featuring soft strawberries, rosy poached quince and gingery aromatics. The palate is fresh and clean delivered on a tray of luscious summer strawberry. This is certainly one for sharing and enjoying with good company.

100r. Wild and Weedy has a little seaweed sprinkled on the back. The seaweed is an invasive species to Tasmania, harvested on the east coast and processed in Cambridge in Southern Tasmania.
