120gr. Perfectly jelled and handmade with traditional methods these jams free from additives, preservatives and fillers.  Ruby Coloured Cherries and bright raspberries...red, tangy and juicy. Delicious. Made by hand from Bruny Island local fruit.    

85gr. Tasmanian sea salt, organic liquorice root
powder ( which doesnt take like licorice at all by the way) and activated charcoal. Naturally sweet tasting liquorice root
combined with a hint of noir. A unique sweet & savoury taste sensation with poached eggs or eye fillet. Create an ink
black salted rim for your next cocktail. Sprinkle over rich dark chocolate ganache. Visually striking. Deliciously different.
