Rhubarb Gin – Waverley Distillery

700ml Waverley Distillery produce the highest quality handcrafted gin from the cleanest Tasmanian products. This Rhubarb driven gin “The Assyrian” contains only natural sugars from the rhubarb and has a gorgeous pink hue. The rhubarb is grown on Waverley property in Tasmania’s Midlands. Its named “Assyrian” after a horse that lived on the property kept that was a Melbourne Cup Horserace winner. This one is making a big name for itself in our local Gin scene.
