250ml. Sharp yet slightly sweet, fruity, malty and tangy with a full rich flavour. Deacons vinegar is naturally fermented in small batches, following the traditional methods first used in the 1800s. It is then matured in wooden barrels for 12 months, resulting in a mellow, slightly sweet profile with rich, malty, and tangy flavour.
Perfect for vinegarettes, marinades, chutneys, pickling, fish & chips, and anything you want to try it on.
