Not happy with the chunky, chewy bits so often found in the bottom of other Pet-Nats, Dredge has disgorged each of these bottles and topped them with still fermenting Pinot Noir/chardonnay/Pinot meunier juice to create a fresh and fizzy drink just ready for guzzling.
Dredge only makes this wine in tiny quantities. If you want a crack at this one you’ll need to be quick.
