750ml. Dr Edge Riesling is is a blend of Tamar Valley & Derwent Valley fruit. Pressed to old oak casks, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 on lees with some casks containing small amounts of whole clusters. Bottled without fining. A very, very textural Riesling.
