Refund policy
Because we love what we do and we know each and every one of our hampers will reflect this, we are confident that you (or your loved one receiving the gift hamper) will love their gift. However, for any reason you have concerns about the quality of your order, we will gladly discuss it with you.
What happens if an item in my hamper is broken in transit?
Our hampers are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive to you as beautifully as they leave us. In the unlikely event that your gift arrives damaged, we will either replace the damaged items, provide a refund for the value of the affected goods, or offer a gift voucher of replacement value. Refund requests for broken or damaged items must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.
What happens if my hamper does not arrive on the required delivery date or has not arrived?
We use a highly reputable courier company for our deliveries (and we’re proud to say our delivery success rate is excellent!). We make every effort to deliver an order on the date requested – we realise how important this is.
However, from time to time, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays in transit. These events may include but are not limited to, airline strikes, storms, floods and other severe weather conditions, and peak season delivery demands. These events may delay hamper collection and/or delivery.
