100ml -A bitter-sweet gin martini. Serve chilled with a twist of orange rind. Twist so the oils of the rind go onto the surface of the drink. Collaborated by Taylor & Smith Distillery with Hobart’s Dier Makr Restaurant to make the best cocktails you can put in a bottle. After their popularity at Dark Mofo’s Winter Feast last year we thought you might like to have them at home. Enjoy. 3 drinks!
