100gr. Gourmet Roasted Almonds are a delightful snack that combines the richness of roasted almonds with a subtle yet enticing smoky and peppery flavor. These almonds are infused with the essence of the smoky bush pepper, a unique spice that adds a distinctive depth and complexity to the taste. The result is a satisfying blend of nutty, savory, and subtly spicy notes that make these almonds an irresistible treat.

50gr.  Bush Dust is a mixture of  Tasmanian Native Pepper berries, Macadamia nuts, Bush tomatoes, herbs and spices.  It complements fish especially salmon and chicken extremely well and is great on game, potato dishes, pasta, and pizza. This product is vegan, dairy free and lactose free and gluten free.

55gr The spicy heat of the Tasmanian Pepperberry provides this seeded mustard with distinctive taste and colour – deep burgundy. This is a really interesting mustard that showcases one of the unique flavours of the Tasmanian wilderness. Interestingly, the Pepperberry loses some of its heat as we cook it but retains its flavour.

210ml New Kids on the block, 'Tassie Settlers' are hand making this delicious BBQ Sauce made using small cask whisky distilled at  Dysart House in Kempton in Tasmania's Midlands.  It has a mild spice which adds just the right amount of heat and is our new favourite product!

120gr  These delicious red onions pickled ideally complement any gourmet or ploughman platter with an array of cheese and biscuits, coupled with your favourite choice of beverage!

85gr. Tasmanian sea salt, organic liquorice root
powder ( which doesnt take like licorice at all by the way) and activated charcoal. Naturally sweet tasting liquorice root
combined with a hint of noir. A unique sweet & savoury taste sensation with poached eggs or eye fillet. Create an ink
black salted rim for your next cocktail. Sprinkle over rich dark chocolate ganache. Visually striking. Deliciously different.
