60gr.Organic raw garlic aged in a fermenting oven for over a month under strict conditions – this produces a soft and tender dark-coloured flesh with intense flavour. Use with just about any savoury application, without the strong garlic odour. Very rich in antioxidants and a terrific immune-stimulator.
