750ml. Grüner Veltliner is a dry white wine that grows almost only in Austria… and now Tasmania! Grüner Veltliner is an exotic alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Flavours of Salted almonds, ginger and lemon peel tea, white pepper, good chicken stock umami character, lime and honey. It’s saline, nutty, has something of lemon and lime pie richness, green olive, dusty peppery texture, with a bright and long finish, featuring a mint and dried flower perfume. Lots of energy and crunch. So present in the glass. Delightful
