750ml. A terrific Pinot Noir, fresh and bright with a medium-bodied palate, packed with forest fruits and a touch of smokiness. Enjoy with pizza and pasta — a summer red that can be served chilled. Handcrafted using single clone 115 and traditional techniques, this wine was fermented with a judicious mix of destemmed fruit and whole bunches. Plunged by hand and gently pressed to extract ripe tannins and the flavours of the vintage, the wine was matured on lees for five months in older French puncheons.
