<250gr. 100% Pure Tasmanian Manuka honey. Gathered from the South-West Wilderness of Tasmania and collected from the Tasmanian Tea Tree (Leptospermum scoparium).
It is known for its antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.This honey is quite dark in colour and has a strong bold flavour with a touch of sweetness.
