250ml – Blackmans Bay Distillery micro distillery is the new kid on the block making magic! Danika and Stu have created a simply balanced Gin with every batch released slightly different. This release is The Botanical Gin, made with their own base spirit from Australian sugar and infused with homegrown handpicked kumquats. Botanical Gin will remain a citrus based gin but will change to other botanicals which will be hand written on the back of each bottle Gin will change throughout the seasons – the dominate botanical will be hand written on the back of every bottle. . Stunning labels designed by a Tasmanian local artist, the image which is titled ‘inspired desire’ is a timeless lady with botanicals in her hair.  this product has got the industry excited!
